Nothing to complain about our experience at the Hyatt. The bedrooms are great, all the service was top notch. Fast, responsive and very kind people. Benjamin was a great valet, very aware of us and our car requests. Very nice guy too. We had our dog with us, lots of great dogs around. The Hotel was very clean, our bed had a cool view, great bath and nice bed. Would definetely come back

Awesome experience at the Hyatt Centric Portland. From check in to breakfast to the valet everything runs smoothly here. Hotel has a very new clean feel as well. The breakfast staff is super friendly and attentive making early wake ups that much easier to make sure you don’t miss it! Benjamin the valet is a pleasure to chat with and makes an effort to get to know all the guests staying here and quickly and efficiently handled all my car needs. This is my new go to hotel for business in Portland and the standard other hotels should strive for.

It's in the middle of downtown, so you can walk pretty much anywhere. The staff is amazingly friendly. Rooms are not too spacious but reasonable. There are no especially good views from the room.Food is really great at the restaurant. Prices at the Happy Hour are more than reasonable. 3 elevators for a relatively small hotel-never had to wait for one like in most other hotels.

Staying at the Hyatt Centric in Downtown Portland definitely exceeded my expectations! We loved the location because it was next to a lot of stores and great places to eat. The rooms were comfortable and large. What made our stay even better was their amazing staff. Their staff was attentive and welcoming! We were always in trusted hands with their staff. Also, the valet service was absolutely amazing. Benjamin was very quick in getting our car safely to the designated area….and in letting us know right away when the car is ready. We will definitely be staying at Hyatt Centric in the near future. Thank You!

The hotel was clean close to many good restaurants plus staff is on site doing a fenomenal job making sure everyone gets the best service. Big thank you to Benjamin from the valet team for having our car ready every time we requested so promptly. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was perfect! It was walking distance to almost everything and as LA people, we were familiar with the streetcar system. All of the staff were kind and welcoming. All of our Valet guys were quick and accommodating. Benjamin was the one to see us off, taking time to ask us about our trip and backgrounds. Great job Hyatt!

After an awful experience attempting to stay at the Sentinel, we walked across the street to Hyatt Centric. We. Did not have a reservation, but Nina at the front desk was very sweet and helpful, she got us booked in a king suite. Nina and the other person at the front desk (didn't see name) even gave us some fantastic recommendations for our anniversary dinner. We ended the night having a few drinks at the bar in the hotel lobby. Annie, the bartender, was amazing and made fantastic drinks! She made the end to our night very special ❤️ Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean! We loved the modern design. Very happy we stayed here!

Hotel Hyatt was a great experience. Their lobby and cafe area was super cute. The staff was friendly and house keeping was very kind with providing needs in a timely manner. The hotel room was clean with a nice view and felt very cozy. Our valley experience was great. Benjamin helped us with any questions and concerns we had. He as well as the rest of the valley team made picking up and dropping off our vehicle a breeze.
